Judging from the number of the complaints concerning this company on your own website, I would say that this qualified as a scam. Apparently they advertese merchandise that, apparently never obtain and never ship. The money for purchase is deducetd from accounts with 24 hours but any order items are never received. I would be interested in seeing any comments that you may have as the already recorded problems show no comments on complaint resolution.
