TidaGear is heavily advertising on Facebook with photos of personalized clothing, luggage, etc. that can be ordered for Mother’s Day and Father’s Day gifts. The charges are processed immediately but the product is never received. I received one email response back after two weeks stating I could receive a full refund but now cannot seem to receive any response from anyone. There are no phone numbers or physical address listed for this company. I have had to place a fraud alert on my bank account, cancel my debit card and dispute the charges from this company.
