Type of a scam Online Purchase
Company accepted payment and did not deliver product. I attempted to contact them several times via e-mail and facebook. They never responded and blocked me from contacting them on facebook. I contacted facebook for help as I purchased the product through "facebook payments". A refund was finally issued. However, I have talked to several customers that have dealt with the same issue and had to have their credit card companies get involved. They do not have an address or phone number to contact them.
