11/26/2018 We went online to purchase a Genesis Plus Laser from Tru Aesthetix. We were given an invoice, contract and docusigned this. We were told he had a buyer back out on the last one of three he had for sale. I told him I wanted to purchase this right away. As soon as we wired the amount due of $15895.00. Then he would pack it up and issue us a tracking number for the freight. We wired the money to his account on 11/29/2018. I received a receipt on 12/5/2018. Since then we have been told several different times that we would get a call back with a tracking number. As of January 2019 we were finally told that we would not be getting the laser and we would be issued a refund. We have then been told he would get back to us with a tracking number for the refund. To this date we have no laser and no refund check. Since then the main number has been shut down and the website is no longer working.
