Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan
Not 100% sure this is a scam. I refused to send money. They send me a professional email with pages to sign so I could send $1000 as a security for secured card and get a $10,000 limit or $300 for $3000. I just need to know if it’s legit. The bank they use is a Norwegian bank which is real. Is it the best deal ever or the a huge scam.
