Type of a scam Online Purchase
This company was recommended to me as a good place to go to for a cell phone case that has been manufactured with the goals of decreasing negative effects of cell phone radiation on one’s health and increasing the amount of privacy one has in regards to calls made,one’s web browsing history, one’s physical location, etc.
I added one cell phone case to my online cart via their website using a PayPal payment method. Soon thereafter, I received an email invoice from Tunnel. And, I was charged approximately 54 dollars.
Subsequently, I contacted the help desk via the messaging system on their website to request information as to when the item would arrive. I received no response.
It has been over one month. I have opened a dispute with the company through my bank. It was then explained that such a dispute may be likely to take over 30 days to be resolved.
To date, I have received no response from any Tunnel representatives in regards to my purchase or anything else. And, I am out over 50 bucks.
My hope is that you will investigate the company’s website and have it suspended if, in fact, their actions are shown to be part of a scam.
