I found a baby swing for a good price of $84.99 online at a company called three one Mart. It said standard shipping 3-5 days. After about 7 days I went online to check the status of my order since it had not been delivered, and the status was "order awaiting processing". There was no phone number to be found anywhere on the website. So I e mailed them right away asking why have I not received my order and why had it not even been processed yet?. No response after many e mails, I said I want a refund. After about 2 weeks they e mailed back and said the status of my order was now refunded. It has been over a month, and I have sent over 30 e mails asking where is my refund or when will I receive said refund……. No response. I returned to their website only to find it says "This store is closed for maintenance". I just want my money back, I feel I have been robbed/scammed and I don’t want this to happen to someone else.
