Type of a scam Tech Support

I believe my Grandfather gave remote access to someone that pretended to be from techylive. They told him he will be receiving a refund to his credit card. However, this email was sent from a gmail and I followed up with techylive. They do not have anyone employed by the name of James Watson or Edward hunt.

Total money lost $99.99

Type of a scam Tech Support

I lost my connection to roku on my tv. It gave an error code. It showed a website. I went to the website and was given a phone #. The tech who answered reconnected me to roku but claimed I owed a one time fee of 99.99 for the service. I was led to believe it was roku tech support. I called roku today and was informed this was a scam and this company was not associated with them. They also told me that other people have called with the same complaint. I was charged 99.99 for something that roku would have done for free. The scam was making me believe that I was talking to roku. I am going to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
