TreasureBox54.com advertises a number of consumer goods that it claims come from Canada. However, there is no customer support phone number and emails to their [email protected] email address do not receive any response except a standard holding response. They advertised an iPhone case for iPhone 8 that i ordered and never received any order number or email confirmation of my purchase, just the confirmation from PayPal that my money was submitted. Nearly 1 month later, I received a package from China, without any information on how to initiate a return, and the product was not as advertised. In fact it was so flimsy that it crumbled into pieces as soon as we tried to use it. I reached out to TreasureBox54 via the "Contact us" page and by emailing the support email address and got no response. The website says you can contact them to initiate a return/refund, but it’s all a scam and there’s no way to return merchandise or get a refund.
