Purchased an Omega Fortnite mask for my eleven yoon 10/8/2018 for Halloween. I emailed the [email protected] to ask when to expect delivery, as my son was very excited. I recieved a response from the founder of the company "Cory" stating he was experiencing a high volume of orders but promising the mask would arrive by Halloween. A mask arrived a few days prior, was not the mask I ordered and smelled so strongly of plastic fumes that we had to set it outside in a bag. I emailed asking for advice on how to return to no avail. After filing report with Pay Pal, he offered to refund me half of the amount. I refused for a full refund. PayPal stated I needed to return the mask, and I would be reimbursed for shipment and payment upon receipt of the mask. His return address was stated at Ontario, CA. I paid the roughly $35 to ship it and was reimbursed for the shipping by PayPal. He then refused to accpet receipt of the order at the border, which in turn UPS sent it back to me, charging an additional $35 for return. I’m now out $70 for a mask I did not even order. Currently waiting resolution with PayPal. Lesson learned with purchase off social media.
