Homes For Rent Full Service Property Management in Porterville, CA manages a property on Bel Aire Circle that Thomas Mark Sexton from Indianapolis, Indiana is currently advertising on Rentals in Porterville, CA on Facebook and claiming that he is the owner/manager of the home in which he asks prospective renter to wire him $495 for a deposit as well as $795 to move-in. We are not sure if anyone has wired Mr. Sexton money but our office has received calls about him trying to convince people to wire him money for keys to the property.
