This company is called Team Lear, ireopro, REO solutions, LDG, etc… This is company is calling real estate agents and trying to obtain a 449.00 fee to receive a foreclosure listing. I had someone who works at this place email me as she had just quit and told me that this company is absolutely a scam and they say they are an asset management company, they are not. They are getting your credit card info and charging you 449.00 and you get NOTHING. The girl told me the "asset managers" use alias and I have found that they use real estate agents random pictures as their own and they use fake names. She told me that everyone working there knows it’s a scam and that Russians own the place and one of them is on his way to jail for real estate fraud. They are not in Colorado like the phone number reflects, they are in Illinois. I told her to report it to the authorities.
