Type of a scam Travel/Vacations
A young woman’s voice came over the phone and stated that she was from the prize department of some travel company on a recorded line and she asked if I could hear her okay. I said yes and the call immediately disconnected after recording me saying "yes". After the call disconnected, I remembered hearing about a scam where they attempted to record people saying the word "yes" in order to use the recording to make certain charges to their accounts, so I’m now filing this report. It is yet to be seen if any charges will come up on any of my accounts.
