My elderly mother gave permission for this company to take out $6.95 for shipping and handling for a "free" watch. They have taken 100.00 for 3 months out of her account. I called to complain to this company and the rep said she canceled her acct and she would no longer have any withdrawals or watches sent to her. 2 more times this happened and money was withdrawn. We had to cancel her debit card and get a new one with a new number for this to stop. When I called the second and third times "no one is available to take your call, please leave a message." I left another message.
