This company works as an escrow company in conjunction with one way international to scam you out of your vacation property. One way does the initial setup then title solutions supplies the forged documents from different tax agencies to make it all seem legitimate. You then pay the tax to an umbrella company they have set up in Mexico along with the buyer where the promise of the funds being released is frequent but never happens. There is always another tax or excuse. Funny enough they will even use the excuse you have a double identity so we cant release the money. Stay very clear from them as they have an amazing scam going on. I had them checked out by some professionals initially and they seemed legit but don’t let that fool you
