I was called by this person stating they were with web root. They told me to put my check on my printer for them to copy. The amount was for $499.99. I was told that this would cover scam on my internet for 5 years. Spokespersons name was Nick . Phone number 201-643-6441. I had coverage with northern and they automatically renewed my contract. I called to cancel webroot. They said they would and they would reemburse me. They did not. I can no longer reach them. My computer does have web root on it but when I calL web root they tell me I have no contact with them.is there anything I can do?
