On November 30, 2019 I purchased a pair of tennis shoes to be customized from TheShoeCosmetics. The website said it could take 4-6 weeks for order to be done, which I understood. When they didn’t arrive by the end of January, I emailed and sent messages to the company asking for a refund of my money, $291.99. I have not heard back from them, even after many attempts to contact them. This business took my money and not I can’t get any information from them.
