Called regarding my Ohio Edison account. Which I knew was in good standing considering I’ve never missed a payment. I refused to verify my personal information and they hung up on me. I contacted somebody from First Energy and she informed me that these types of scams are huge right now in Ohio. And that my account is 100% in good standing and to block their phone number.
