I purchased the item ‘Skigh High’ Dress – Black in early FEBRUARY 2020 and have not received the item or a refund to date. I was trying to give the business time to make the item because of COVID-19, but it has been months since the travel restrictions have been lifted for New Jersey, and the business has had more than enough time to make the item and ship it to me or refund me the money. I paid for services that were NEVER rendered, and I want my money back. BUSINESSES LIKE THRILLASEVEN ARE THE REASON WHY OTHER BLACK PEOPLE ARE HESITANT TO SUPPORT BLACK BUSINESSES, TO BEGIN WITH. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO EMAIL A BUSINESS FOR WEEKS AT A TIME TO GET A RESPONSE. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO GO ON TWITTER, FACEBOOK, AND, INSTAGRAM TO GET A RESPONSE FROM THEM. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO SEND YOU CASH APP REQUESTS TO GET MY MONEY BACK. I was asking for a tracking number a few weeks after the order was placed. In early August, I received a tracking number. I go to track the package on USPS, and the tracking number is invalid. I filed an inquiry with USPS to see if the package was stolen or lost and the United States Postal Inspection Service AUTOMATICALLY opened a case. I have cases opened with the Federal Trade Commission, Complaint Referral Form Internet Crime Complaint Center(IC3), United States Postal Inspection Service, the Better Business Bureau*, STRIPE.COM, and now BIG CARTEL. The business acumen at ThrillaSeven (Thrilla Seven Accessories) is piss poor. The End
