I ordered a 40 volt Dolans power washer, when I received my package it was a Cheap12 Volt Guan power washer, i contacted company at least 6 times telling them i did not want this cheap 12 volt power washer to please send me a return address. each time they would respond by offering me a $2 refund, then a $5 refund, then a $6 refund, then a $10 refund and the last 2 times they offered a $12 refund, but they would never give me a address to send it back so i let them know i was going to send to the address that they had listed on there web site. 3227 Ashmor Drive Duluth Mn 55811. So i sent package to them, well i received package back today saying no such address. I also received a email from them this morning that it was to expensive to send back and they offered me the $12 refund again.
