Type of a scam Tech Support

Techliveconnect emailed my husband on July 1, 2020 and said that there was going to be a yearly subscription auto renew on July 2, 2020 in the amount of $399.00 by auto debit. I called the number in the email (1+971-273-1543) and no one answered but I was directed to leave a message. I left a message telling them that their company was a scam, I was reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, and not to contact us again. About two minutes later we received a call from the 860-406-5429 number. A man answered who spoke very little English, his words were barely intelligible, the background noise was horrible, and his level of professionalism was about -10. In his garbled, incoherent voice I was able to make out Techliveconnect. I repeated the message I had left on their tape machine and he hung up. I’m sure they wanted me to verify my credit card or banking information with them as part of their scam. I did not give them any personal information.
