Type of a scam Fake Check/Money Order
Sends a fake check to deposit in your bank acct. Wants you to by Google play cards and send codes and pics of cards. The check will clear your bank in a few days, but within a month they charge you back all the money on your account. They give you 48 hrs to send them codes. Their long gone by the time the bank finds out check is fake. I investigated. Have type-o’s in letter they send you. The logo is very generic w/ no address info.

I was looking for a job when a secret spy shopper job poped up l was sent a fake check with instructions to deposit the1490.18 into my checking account. keep 300 then buy e -bay gift cards and 20.00 to the red cross. I called the bank in Fort Collins where my husband grew up and they said it was a fake check to not use it
