Type of a scam Phishing
Contacted by someone saying they represented Whole Foods and wanted to know if I would be interested in becoming a Secret Shopper. If so they would send me my first assignment. Today I received a priority envelope with a letter explaining the assignment along with a cashiers check. After reading the enclosed letter I was immediately suspicious when they wanted me to buy gift cards and send them photos and pin #’s . Gift cards in question had nothing to do with Whole Foods
