I saw an add for the elite mask on facebook. I ordered it and it stated that the mask shipped out the first week of May. I sent multiple emails since I have not received it yet. Eventually "support" stopped responding to my emails.
Ordered mask on May 15th. It’s now July 1st. None of the links work. Email is invalid. They are gone with our money. Let’s go after them.
Ordered June 7th and still haven’t received mask or carbon filters. I am upset. I see other people having the same problems. Hopefully it’s not a scam. I paid $57
Bought mask in April. As of June 14 still hasn’t arrived. Company refuses to refund.

i ordered the mask on may 16th via instagram. it hasn’t arrived. i checked the email and website to ask and both are not working. i just read this was a scam and now they have my credit card info and took me for a $28 ride.
how can i get them?
I ordered a mask back on April 25 2020. I have not herd anything from this company. Now my email comes back saying that this email address can not be found. I want my money back NOW

On 5/15/20, I was on Facebook and this advertisement popped up for carbon filtered mask. I’m in healthcare, so I checked it out. It sound pretty good, so I ordered two (cheaper to buy two). I received two emails; one stating my order was confirmed and the other with a view order/status options, along with the tracking number. The first couple of times I checked the shipping status, everything was good. This morning (5/25/20) I checked and the site was no longer there, couldn’t check anything. The only thing working was the China tracking number. That goes to some other website not even related to this site. The phone number used to text me about the shipping info. isn’t a working number. These mask cost me $50. This makes me not want to ever purchase anything online. The phone number used was 918-782-0395.
Bought the same mask online for $30 after seeing the ad on Facebook. Received email and text message that my purchase was confirmed. The website existed for several days then completely vanished after that. I was furious knowing that I got scammed. Until I received a package the other day. Lo and behold! I got my mask! I just scratched my head and thanked my lucky stars! I am sorry you did not receive yours. All in all, it took 2 weeks before I received the package. 😎
