Purposely misleading consumers- invoicing and charging for items which are part of an agreed contract and sending something with next to no value in comparison. Then trying to resolve with PayPal in toe where they offer part value back or sending item back to get full refund. DO not buy from these guys- they are complete liars and they advertise on Facebook.
SCAM, order one thing, they send something usless, trinket that you can buy for 3.00, then offer a portion of your money back. Also used a proxi-company in Dallas TX so you would think you are dealing with a local company,. that address and phone number were and still are fakes., DO NOT TRUSTR

We purchased a fathers day present which was a rolling tool chest shaped like a half of a 50 gallon drum, with internal compartments. After waiting 30 days, we had no response. Tried phone lines listed, dead. tried email listed, returned undeliverable. finally received a small package in the mail. It was a micro screw driver set with micro security bits. Filed a dispute with Paypal to see if they could get hold of them. Paypal was able to reach them. Three Kingdoms technology had two offers. 1. Keep the crap they sent with a value of 3.00 and they would send a refund of 12.00, or mail back the crap for a full refund. My cost would have been 15.00 to send back out of the states. Told them I would send it to them when they provide a postage paid envelope. I paid the sale price with shipping was 26.99. My response was NO you are a con and nothing less. Paypal is still in the resolution process. The seller sent a second offer which is the same has the first offer. I declined. BEWARE of this scam,. added the pic of what I bought.
