This scammer has a website and uses social media to entice people to purchase puppies. They have an elaborate scheme that is a complete lie. My friend was scammed and once she paid the guy, "Patrick McDonohough", on CashApp ($mcdonpat) $600 he then blocked her. We tried reaching out to the user via Instagram, CashApp and we were all blocked. It seems like the scammer also changed or deactivated his Cashapp name.
