Terry Willis presents himself as a Carpenter; cane to my home to build custom shelving. I met him at Home Depot to purchase wood and pay 1/2 of the labor costs. He continues to text making appointments to but never showed up. Then promised to return the money by way of mail and never did. It’s been 2 weeks and he doesn’t answer his phone. He also advertises for converting containers to homes, business Tiny T.
