Type of a scam Home Improvement
Peter (Scottish guy) approached me at the front yard of my house claiming that he is already working in the area and he would like to keep his crew busy i the same area.
Promised that he will restore my driveway and sidewalk interlock with four steps (to remove all the briks and put them back) for $2000.
It sounded too good to be true.
He started the job next day, power washed the area and for restoration portion he kept saying that he didn’t agree to but he will do small portions just to keep me happy.
Peter kept saying it is too much work that he didn’t agree too. Two steps were not completed. He didn’t have required tools for the job.
He borrowed some items from me.
In the end they put pressure to pay them even though the job was not performed as agreed.
Work that was performed was rushed through with low quality.
Peter and his crew looked like they have no experience and equipment for the job.
I would strongly recommend to avoid any dealings with Peter and Top Seal Interlocking & Restoration company.
