I ordered from Tailorhacks without reading the reviews like I should have. I ordered a pair of boots, and when they didnt come in for two months, I reached out by email and wanted a refund. At first, they responded and said they have received my refund request and it would be 7-10 days to get it. Two weeks went by and they stopped responding to my emails and they will not email me back. It’s been almost a month and I have not received my refund.
