A Microsoft web pop-up came on my screen that said "Do not touch anything, you have a virus on your computer, call this number to get it fixed." They told me that in order to fix it it’ll take $390 but after I said I couldn’t afford it they lowered it to $249. After they allegedly fixed it, nothing on the computer changed. They then claimed they overcharged me and in order to refund me they would send $1500 and while I could keep $600, I would have to send the rest back on Google gift cards.
