I had purchased a bra back in 2017. Noticed it had been a month and still I hadn’t received anything so I emailed and “Sager” replied back stating that they’re phasing out emails and some other stuff, don’t remember fully. So I had asked for refund but I never got a replied towards that. Haven’t really kept an eye on if that was the ONLY time they took money out of the account or not though. Read at bottom of email where they stated that they’re 100% legit and not a scam. Should have realized then and said something then but I have since had two babies and just totally left that experience on the back burner. I just want to make sure that this does not happen to anyone else ever again.

The Perfect Sculpt aka Cloud Enterprise LLC is scamming thousands of unsuspecting and innocent customers by failing to deliver the agreed upon goods for sale offered on their website www.theperfectsculpt.com. I placed an order over 30 days ago and have not received my order to date. I paid approx. $65 for goods that were promised to be processed and delivered within 10 days business days. The product never arrived. When trying to track the order online, the tracking page is reportedly "not found". Hence, I was unable to track my order. I contacted the company using multiple avenues to no avail or response. I have attempted to contact the company via phone at the number listed on its website at 908-947-4222. No one answer and I was unable to leave a message because the mailbox was "full". I have called almost everyday and it’s the same outcome. Next, I attempted to chat with personnel via live chat. On 3 occasions, I started the chat by inquiring about my order. While waiting on a response, the live chat notified me my message was "read". However, no one physically responded to my inquiries via chat, email, or phone. I waited online for 3.5 hours…and nothing. After waiting another week, I attempted to reach the seller via email at [email protected] Again, no response.
As of today, I have not received any other communications with respect to my order. Yet, I am receiving an excessive amount of emailed solicitations from The Perfect Sculpt to purchase more items. My account was debited exactly $64.97. The Perfect Sculpt has failed to meet their obligation by providing a product after charging my account. This company is scamming innocent victims like myself under the basis of misleading buyers to pay for products without any intention of providing the goods.

This website has scammed me and other customers out of money and they not only block us from their websites and social media accounts, they delete our comments from warning other customers from purchasing. I have filed a complaint with the Internet Crime Complain Center and Google so far and will continue to do whatever it is I have to do to make sure this company never scams anyone again. This company is suppose to be a health promotion company and it’s a slap in the face to all customers who would like to invest more in their health and support a company, and in the end gets taken advantage of and robbed of their hard earned money. This company not only steals our money but they also take our personal information such as our home addresses, bank information and more when we purchase. This company should not be able to continuously rob people financially or personally. If you need more information or proof please reach out. I have tried many times to call the phone number provided but every time I call I get a busy signal which is also a huge red flag. I tried asking for a refund and I’ve even threatened to sue and I keep getting directed to the refund policy that says refunds are in the form of store credit. I made a purchase through Facebook using the company Perfect Sculpt on Sept 13th 2017. I received an email on Oct 3rd telling me that my order was on its way and in transit throught UPS. I tracked the package and it stated that the package was at the same location for 2 weeks. I called to be informed that I was given a false tracking number. When I spoke with Perfect Sculpt about the issue they told me the product was on back order. It is now Mid Oct and received no communication from them about product being on back order. How is is it my order went from being on the way with tracking number to on back order? I spoke with company advising I wanted my product or money back or I would seek legal action. They then assured me my product would be shipped out as soon as possible and they do not give refunds but store credits. Because of the poor service I had no interest in a store credit if that is the way they conduct business. It is now Jan 7, 2018 and I still have not received my purchase. They continually try to keep me on the hook saying its on the way and providing false tracking numbers by DHL and UPS. I have been patient but after waiting 4 months for a product is unacceptable and they took the money for product that I never received and have no interested in issuing a refund.Beware of Perfect Sculpt. They have been many other complaints on social media of the same issues but they delete negative feedback quickly.

No one answers, and probably never will. They are real good at replying to the reviews here on BBB site, but won’t give customers service at all. The advertise on Facebook and instagram, even taking videos from celebs’ pages to market their product. They offer exercise products, shapers, butt lifters, vest, bras, etc. They make you believe you are making a purchase, however your products never come. They even go as far as to offer a tracking number to make you believe your product is in transit. But if you contact the post office it is a pre-ship tracking number. You can obtain one without actually send a package to the USPS. My package was purchased on October 1, 2017. It was supposed to arrive on Oct. 7. On October 13, I received an email claiming my purchase was in transit which is how I obtained the information regarding the pre-track number. It is October 17th and the post office is still awaiting the company to actually send my products. The email address I attempt to contact does not work, the phone number that has since been removed from the website just rings and rings, and the live chat link no one responds to. The reviews posted on google about 90% of customers share the same experience as myself. Do not buy, SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMERS!!!!!!

Like many women, my feed has been full of ads for The Perfect Sculpt bra. After weeks and weeks of wondering, I decided to order it. I was given a tracking number and waited. A week later, I decided to check on my tracking and it hadn’t been updated since the day I ordered. I decided to go to their website and contact them via their "chat" section. They assured me that it had been lost by the carrier and my package would be on the way ASAP. I asked about a new tracking number and was given the same one. This was Monday. I checked the tracking again yesterday and nothing update yet again since July 21st when I ordered. I emailed them this time and requested that my order be cancelled. No response. Today I did the chat thing again and got the same answer as Monday. I was resent the same tracking number. I said no cancel my order and the person kept saying that it would be on the way ASAP. I said give me an estimated date, they said they weren’t able to do that. I then said, cancel the order. The chat conveniently ended. I started a new chat saying that I need to cancel my order. No response.

I was able to do an IM chat with Joe on 7 May and asked where my products where and why it took a month for it to come since it’s based in Jersey. He said that they have centers in Asia, Canada, US and Australia, but depending upon the backorders, that can be where my order is processed. So I don’t have a product almost a month later and from the reviews I’ve been seeing, I wont have it before my 13 year old graduates from high school.

This company’s website and social media sites say they are based in New York when they are based in China. I paid $50 for a waist trainer and a bra in February. I never received an email confirmation of my order or shipping confirmation until it had been a couple weeks of hearing nothing from them. A customer service rep sent me a tracking number indicating the package was coming from China.
I received the bra approximately 1 month after ordering. I contacted customer services telling them that I did not receive the waist trainer I ordered as well. They responded with another tracking # saying they shipped it.
I received another package from China a week or two later and it was a pair of shorts – not the waist trainer I ordered.
I contacted customer service again and they are refusing to refund my money. I sent them a picture of my package and what I received and they are refusing to refund my money for a product I never received.
