I purchased a refurbished tablet from this website. I paid through Amazon payments and received a confirmation through Amazon, but nothing from the retailer. Their policy states they allow 2-3 business days to ship their products and will email a tracking number when dropped off at the post office. I never received a tracking number and emailed them for status and advised I have not received the tracking number. I did receive an email back, no tracking number was provided, all they did was repeat their policy in poor grammar. I had to email again to plainly ask for my tracking number and then they did send me one. Forward to now, 4 weeks later and I have received no replies to my inquiries and the tracking number with USPS has not changed from awaiting item status, so no product was ever brought to USPS to be shipped.
