On 2/22/17 at 9:39 my cell phone rang and it appeared to be a local number to where I live (Rochester, NY) 585.426.4860 and upon answering it a person asked "can you hear me?" to which I replied yes and the woman then said "oh my headset wasn’t on." then the female voice proceeded to talk about winning a vacation. at this point I realize this was a recording and I ultimately hung up.
