I saw that they offered adjustable dumbbells at a reasonable price. I made my purchase on 6/19/20. I did not receive a shipment confirmation until 7/08. When I asked for a tracking number, the support person (Rex Benedict) said that they are unable to provide any detail due to the product being at a remote location in Canada. On 7/26, I get an email providing a UPS tracking number. After careful review of the tracking number, the shipment destination lists the wrong address and the package weight does not not line-up with the product detail.

Type of a scam COVID-19
I wanted to establish a home gym for our family since our local YMCA has been closed since March. I researched how to set up a home gym online and found recommended adjustable weights by ******* in stock at only one site: Tulotel. I ordered with my credit card on 6/19/20. I have emailed several times to ask for an estimated ship date. Response was that the weights aren’t available anywhere else in the world and that they are coming from a remote manufacturing site in Canada. The site is so remote that shipment tracking info can’t be initiated until the good reaches an established route. I have requested an immediate refund through the website and by directlyemailing the support rep, Rex Benedict. No response. When I called, it goes to voice mail. Company address is in Kentucky; Rex is in Canada; customer service line only open 9-5 p.m. PST. Tulotel website was established in April 2020 clearly to scam consumers looking to purchase fitness equipment during COVID. Shameful.Update: Rex Benedict’s Linked In indicates that he is in India and lists his business title as "Business Growth Hacker."
