Marcos Trevino with The Capitalist Hustler (www.thecapitalisthustler.com) marketed the chance to win a 2016 Dodge Challenger Demon for the price of $105 for a demon koozie. The purchase gave you a number that would be included in the drawing which was limited to the sale of 2,000 koozies. The deadline was reached but Marcos extended it due to what he claims not enough entries. Instead of refunding the money (advertised as money back guarantee) the deadline changed and did so a couple of times. It has now been two years and no winner has been announced and in fact he still has the contest open but many of the purchasers have discovered he has the item (Dodge Challenger Demon) has been listed for sale on multiple websites including Ebay. I have attempted to contact him in regards to the refund but he has not replied even though I can see he had opened my message on facebook. This has to be stopped as he is scamming many people put pf their hard earned money and we have not received any of our koozies either.
