A representative from People’sChoice Roofing,Rich Duran,came to my home to conduct a quote on damage to my roof from the wind. I only asked for a quote. Without my authorization He put emergency tarp on my roof and then said He was going to charge $700.00. He then attempted to get me to sign a work contract with his company and I refused. The following day He called and again tried to manipulate me into letting his company roof my entire house. He called me an [censored] then threatened to place a lean on my home for work he was not authorized to do. $700.00
