Type of a scam Rental
I called phone number 502-208-9299 and left a voicemail in response to a home for rent on apartments.com at address: 5816 NW 48th ST, Coconut Creek, FL, 33073, and received a text message back asking if I was interested in renting it and replied yes. We exchanged a few text messages and he said once he received my deposit of $1500 he would take it off the market and that I would have to wire the money to him thru Walmart because he is a missionary that was transferred to TX. I asked him his name and he said "Pastor Sias Williams". I googled the name and found an article that someone using the same name was pulling the same rental scam in TN so I decided to report it. I have the text messages if you need copies of them.
