I purchased a gift that was about $10 cheaper than any other store off this website. I’m always looking for a deal and didn’t think to research the website first. After about a week when my package was supposed to be shipped, I never received an email. I emailed their support email they provided, but still no response. The address shows up as a trailer park, the phone number doesn’t work, and none of their links seem to load.
