Have received numerous calls on our personal cell phones. State they have legal documentation for me because a credit card was obtained through HSBC in 2015 and they were filing a suit against me. Wanting my personal information which I refused to provide. Asked them to validate the debt and they refused demanding payment to them. Verified with HSBC no such account exists.
