Our business office in Texas received a fax from the individual referenced above, claiming to represent the business above, in an oil brokerage transaction between their entity and "Libya via the Azzawiya Oil Company of Libya (PT-AORL)" who is represented by "the coordinator foreign purchasing, Mohammed Abdul" in which Yang is requesting our office / person to be the "middle man/broker" "obtaining a license holder" status in payment for a 50/50 commission split on a "3 years crude oil lifting contract" "entitled to between $3-$4 per barrel amounting to $6M-$8M monthly revenue from each 2 million barrels monthly shipment." Yang further stipulated "This is legal, I assure you that this transaction is risk free. Be rest assured that we will not encounter any difficulty as the person directly involved in approving the release of I the crude oil License is also participating in this transaction.
