February 18, 2021 – On Tuesday morning this week I ordered a $185 bouquet from Terry’s Florists to be delivered for a good friend’s celebratory birthday. The woman who took my order was careful and confirmed the order. My credit card was charged. After the order was placed she called me back almost immediately telling me it would cost $40 than she quoted me. OK, it was Valentine’s week, I get that. But here’s the problem…the flowers weren’t delivered to my friend at all. Since I hadn’t heard from my friend, I called her and she confirmed she hadn’t received flowers from me. I called Terry’s Florist this morning. They put me on lengthy holds multiple times; they directed me to the manager and it went to voice mail; they assured me a manager would call me back. He didn’t. After my fourth call, I was told they would have to check with the driver. They learned that the driver confronted icy conditions and didn’t deliver the flowers on the birthday. No one informed me or my friend. No apology was offered, no offer to deliver today, no effort to fix the situation. They begrudgingly said they would refund my $185 but I have yet to see confirmation. I highly recommend you look for any other florist before making a telephone order with Terry’s Florists. — Sally Bagshaw, Seattle WA

Advertised as local florist. They are not. In my case, never delivered the order and never returned the call

Investigative report on the scammers by CBS2
This company is the biggest joke , first of all they told me they had a shop in my town , well I thought to myself they must be new so I went along with it .long story short , I ordered a bouquet for Valentine’s Day to be delivered to my wife’s job , asked them on a specific time and he said yes . Waiting on my wife to call me and say thanks well it never happened . Called multiple times and they keep hanging up on the 4th call back a guy answered and told me to email them and I would get my money back , WELL IM STILL WAITING U [censored]
I ordered a funeral spray from this florist on 02/11/2021 @n 4:02pm, they took $154.00’s out of my then called me to tell me that they cancelled my order and my money would be refunded in 4 to 5 business days. This florist is a scam ! They get your card information then cancel your orders. I had to go to the bank and stop all transactions on my account what a pain. Stay away from this florist.
I order an $80 bouquet on 2/2/21 to be delivered to a friend for her 90th birthday on 2/4/21. It was never delivered. I was told there was a “glitch in their email system”. I was never contacted even though they had my email address and had sent a confirmation order. I asked for the flowers to be delivered today (2/8/21) as good customer service. Nope, “sorry, mam, the shop there has closed”. Never, ever call 888-507-9738.
Do not shop here! How convenient that they turned off customer reviews on Facebook! I’ve ordered flowers MANY times, not ever have I recieved such awful, rude, customer service. They sent a bouquet that had NOTHING that we ordered in it! Not one thing. And only refunded 25% without offering to send the bouquet that we paid for! We ordered Daisy Delight Deluxe, we recieved no daisies, it’s an entirely different bouquet, even the vase. Your substitution policy shouldn’t mean substitute everything without even contacting the customer. I will tell everyone I know to shop elsewhere. Horrible business
I ordered a Peachy Keen Bouquet for my MIL Bday yesterday, I spoke in great detail of what I wanted. They kept trying to lead me to different bouquets but I was adamant that I did NOT want sunflowers (as the season is long past) I did NOT want a cinched vase, I was told a beautiful ribbon would be placed around the cylindrical vase to help hide the stems and I ordered 3 balloons, 1 was supposed to say Happy Birthday the others were supposed to be a pale peach and a pale green. NOTHING is as is was supposed to be. I just received an email back as I’ve been on the phone with them for over almost 2 hours. I just received an email back saying they have no intentions of refunding my $$ because they state they can substitute any flowers with whatever they have in stock. I’m taking this to the BBB and I guess my credit card company, They are fraudulent and are not even in Palmyra where they say they have a shop. TOTAL RIP OFF! DO NOT USE! You can see what they sent doesn’t come close to what I ordered. UGH!
The Better Business Bureau page seems to have been taken down. At least for their NJ site. They have random complaints at random places all over the country. What SCAMMERS.
Check out this site for more disgruntled customers:
https://m.facebook.com/TerrysFloristReview/
It was started by a person who was as unhappy with Terry’s as you and I.
Terry’s has disabled moments on their FB and Instagram pages. COWARDS!
They need to be shut down before they rip off hundreds on Valentine’s Day.
Well, according to a multitude of complaints on the Better Business Bureau website they do not respond to complaints.
I ordered a “deluxe” garden bouquet to celebrate a beautiful 96yo women. She received a bouquet that I could have purchased in the grocery store for $25 and it was red, white and blue! Maybe to celebrate MLK day? Or the inauguration? Not sure? They present themselves as a local florist. A lie. I live on LI, they are located in NJ. Buyer beware…do not order from this flower vendor. I do not think they deserve the appellation florist. You are not able to leave reviews on their website. I researched and found not one + review on the BBB. Just a multitude of reviews with exactly the same complaints as I.
False advertising, misrepresentations, subpar product (nothing “deluxe” about the $75 bouquets I ordered). I feel they make their $ by falsely advertising and ultimately ripping people off. They are unethical and there is no mechanism available for accountability. Shut them down. I am going to attempt to deal with them through my credit card company.
ordered flowers off the website and purchase the deluxe which was the pictured item but what was received looked like a cheap arrangement from a supermarket. Terry’s said it was in line with their policy and value was the same so beware. You may not get remotely get what you ordered. Disappointment for the receiver as these certainly don’t match the occasion or note on the card.
This place is awful. Paid almost $80. Got something completely different than I ordered. They basically refunded me the handling charge. The flowers they delivered were half the size of what I paid for and were already turning brown. They told me they substitute when not available. Lmao they substitute dead random flowers. Below is expectation vs reality.
The checkout price said the total price is $54.99 including free delivery. They charged my credit card $73.83. When I phoned them they said I didn’t see the service fee in the lower right hand corner. I tried to print the page as a pdf but it disappeared as soon as I processed the order. I phoned up customer service and they are supposedly processing my request to cancel. I await confirmation of this cancellation.
Like the comments above, I placed an order with Terry’s on Dec 12 for Dec 22 delivery. On Dec 22, I received a call that they would have to deliver on the 23rd. So, understanding this is a heavy ordering season, I agreed. On Dec 23, I received a call that they would be unable to complete my order and would refund my money in 5-10 business days. After arguing with a call center in the Philippines, I was transferred to a ‘manager’ who refused to help. All i got was a ‘sorry’, we will be unable to complete your order. Then she hung up. My advice for flower orders in Indianapolis, NOT Terry’s, for sure.
I paid $79 for an arrangement Birthday Brilliance – sunflowers and roses, instead they sent red carnations with one rose and lots of greens. See photo. I also paid for the vase. That didn’t come either. I assumed it was a mistake and asked them to correct it, since they were a local florist -as they claimed they were located in Mill Valley, CA where my daughter, the birthday girl, lives. They said only the manager could make that decision. I called and emailed many times, but the manager was always busy. Finally I get back an email asking for photos to prove my claim. I sent them in. Their response was to give me a $29 refund on a $79 order. I told them I didn’t want a refund by the correct order. They emailed their decision was final. Turns out to be worse then I thought. They aren’t even a local florist as claimed. Total 1000% rip off. Buyer beware!
Worst flowers I have ever ordered. Two arrangements. One left at wrong address and left out in snow. Both looked nothing like photos. Paid $163 they offered me a $14.99 refund. SCAM. BEWARE.

ordered flowers for a funeral in one city (which said it was local) i got a phone call 1 hour AFTER funeral that they couldnt be delivered. Then they said the could send them to their address. I explained we are in another state and they said that was okay, they will find a florist in our state to have them sent. I called the next day and still havent recieved them. I called them and they never changed the address on file. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM
I placed an order last week, for same day delivery, and it was never delivered. I called customer service twice and was not able to get help. The representatives would not listen to my concerns, despite my multiple reassurances that my recipient never got the flowers. I am highly disappointed in this service. I was totally scammed out of 80 dollars.I confirmed with the rep that all details I gave were correct. All the rep did was tell me that I was wrong, and has yet to give me proof they were delivered. I even offered to have the recipient put in writing that she never received the arrangement, and he said that would not change anything.
Same experience as all of the other reviews…scammed by the company. Paid $140 for a bouquet and they delivered an abysmal arrangement. I actually paid to upgrade the bouquet they have advertised on their website. Emailed…called numerous times…offered $10 credit and then the so called supervisor hung up on me. I happened to be reading some horrible reviews online while he was reading my emails. I wish I would have read them before ordering. They portray themselves to be a local florist but they are NOT local. Total ripoff.
Bait and Switch. Liars. Spent 200 dollars for their best arrangement. Got a small junky arrangement worth 20 dollars max. Scammers. www.terrysflorist.com. They are only online and imply on their website they are local.
My email to Terry’s Florist:
tried to order flowers for my parents tombstone in the Freelandville Memorial Cemetery in Freelandville, IN from your company. You are advertised that you are You advertise that you are a local company located in Bicknell, IN. which is 6 miles from Freelandville. That’s obviously bogus. The person I talked to didn’t know where the cemetery was located and needed an exact address for the cemetery. It only has a highway number; not a specific address. The town has a population of about 500. The person didn’t know that nor didn’t know the zip code or anything about the area but indicated that you deliver to towns all around Bicknell. I was planning to spend over $100+. I asked if they could text me a picture of the stone once the flowers had been placed. he said your business didn’t have time to do that. He checked with supervisors and said it would be easier if they were delivered to my address and I could place them myself. The return phone call was also suspicious since the number didn’t list instead I got a SPAM Risk warning. I live 6 hours away from my parents grave in MO. BE HONEST. Don’t pretend like you are in an area where you aren’t really located or else train your staff better. Your company sounds really suspicious and unprofessional. I called a different florist who had an actual physical address with a local phone area code, took my $150 order and offered to text a photo on here own. I didn’t even have to ask. That’s how real professional florists do business.

Inferior product. Not as advertised. Website shows one picture but actually shipped something totally different. My credit card was charged $84.53 for a total of 6 flowers delivered. I have called numerous times and emailed twice. I was told that with Covid pandemic flowers are not readily available and they cannot and will not partially credit because they did have a flower delivery to the correct address. I’m furious with their attitude and customer service. What a scam
Run…Do NOT purchase anything from these scammers. I was charged $84.53 for an arrangement of 6 flowers. That is $14. each flower! I have called and emailed and then called again. I was told “sorry we don’t credit if you are unhappy with your order”. I told them their website pictures plus the cust service advise to upgrade to the deluxe should have been more than 6 flowers. I was told it is what it is at least there was a delivery. If you value your money at all, please do not throw it away on these lowlifes. Do NOT patronize!
I contacted Terry’s Florist in Baraboo, Wisconsin to make a delivery for four miles from downtown. I charged 49.00 to my credit card, thinking it was a local delivery from a local florist. When the letter came back. they charged me another 17.00 in a service fee. I told them to cancel the order and they did not. If I would have known about the service fee upfront, I would never had ordered the flowers. L. P.
A good friend lost 2 people close to her last week and I sent flowers to try to brighten her day. I thought I was ordering from a local company but that apparently was a lie, like everything else about this company. The flowers never arrived and while I’ve called twice and sent an email, I’ve not gotten any resolution. I’ll have my credit card company try on their end. This company is a fraud, DO NOT USE!
We ordered flowers from Terry’s Florist (never again) and they did not send the arrangement we ordered. We were not called to be made aware that they were out of what we wanted. So disappointing. To make matters worse they did not even care and blamed it on covid. Why ask a customer’s phone number if you are not going to let them know you are out of a product. Very disappointing. Terrible customer service!
I ordered flowers for my daughter’s 40th birthday and I specifically asked and was told that Terry’s was a local shop in the city where my daughter lived. Her birthday came and went—no flowers. When I called to ask what happened, I was told that I had never placed an order, despite my husband receiving a confirmation email and receipt. Do not order from these people. I should have read more reviews before I ordered.
These people are scammers. My mom turned 80…No flowers…These people have sunken to a level below that of [censored]!
Ordered flowers to be delivered for my sister in law 60th birthday she never received them,9 phone Calls and have gotten no were. Scam…all the way, should of read the reviews
Terry’s Florist in Cave Creek Junction
Thief’s and Liars ! Beware !
I ordered an arraignment called, Purple Medley and paid for the deluxe arrangement for my Aunt who’s on Hospice, purple is her favorite color. Terrys website shows 12 beautiful roses and other purple flowers. NOT WHAT WAS DELIVERED OR EVEN CLOSE ! I called and they asked me too send pics and I did and they offered my $18 back of my $95 spend
I told them no and please resend my flowers the correct flowers ! Mike the supervisor started yelling and says NO and I’m only getting $18 back. I told him I’m going to write a bad review and he said go ahead ! And was screaming loudly at me ! AND HUNG UP ON ME . I WAS SCAMMED ! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE ROBBED
First picture is what I was supposed to get
Second picture is what we received, white orange, and a couple purple
Ordered a Peace and Harmony arrangement for a funeral out of state. Thought I was calling a local florist in that city and was told I’d get a email confirmation with an order number. The next day (day of the funeral) I still hadn’t gotten an email confirmation and since there was no one that I could ask that had been to the service I called Terry’s local number no answer (left a message) then called the 800 number. I requested the flowers be delivered by 11 am (CST) and was told that they were delivered at 12:32 PM. Will NEVER use them again.
Terry’s Florist CANNOT BE TRUSTED TO SEND WHAT YOU ORDER! I thought Terry’s was a local florist as they told me they were! I realized after I placed my order that Terry’s is NOT A LOCAL FLORIST AT ALL! They sent my order to a local florist with no specific instructions..I ordered a deluxe peace lily in a white wicker basket with a purple / lavender bow..with a big purple butterfly…The peace lily that was sent to my niece’s service had none of what I had ordered. All I can say is…it was the most pathetic peace lily for my 80.00 dollars! I will never ever do any more business with Terry’s! They lie from the get go…THE COULD’NT CARE LESS ABOUT MAKING SURE A CUSTOMER GETS WHAT THEY ORDER! THEY HAVE THE WORST HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! If you want your floral order to be as you like it to be…DO NOT GO THRU TERRY’S FLORAL!
I ordered a plant that will sit on the floor. I ask them if they are in Silver City, New Mexico. They said yes and that they can deliver that day. It was a plant that sat on a table. They cheated the florist in Silver City by not giving them a delivery cost. This is unbelievable. They will not call me back. Plus i sent them a picture of the plant, that they ask for. Please do something to this company, so they cheat other customers..
I also ordered from Terrys Florist online before reading reviews and I received flowers tossed in a vase instead of a floral arrangement and was told about thier substitution policy and due to Covid they cannot get items needed to fill orders .
I ordered the “Exotic Grace” arrangement which had Bamboo, Birds of Paradise, Green Ti Leaves and Lilly’s which totaled over $110. What was delivered was completely different…Orchids…probably picked up from Costco or some other cheap store. Do not use this company. They work remotely then outsource to their “affiliates”. Your order will not be what you think you are ordering. I hope this review can help save someone else from being manipulated and deceived. I also will be reporting them to the BBB and FTC. For anyone reading this or for those who have a similar experience please write a review and let others know. Terry’s Florist needs to be exposed and taken out of business.
Sadly, I did not read the reviews on this cunning little company, Terry’s Florist (https://terrysflorist.com/), before I placed a recent order. If I would have, I would not have been so ignorant and wasted $105 in business with the aforementioned deceitful Terry’s Florist.
I also understood this florist to be a local shop. I ordered a specific arrangement that was supposed to have a lot of purple to it – flowers and vase. What was received by the recipient had no purple vase and barely a hint of purple in the arrangement. I immediately searched for Terry’s Florist reviews and found that I had decidedly been scammed, suckered, bamboozled hard.
I didn’t waste my time calling them because it sounded like that was a waste of time based on countless other reviews. I tried to dispute, but because this conniving little company has the proper verbiage in their contract, (which all of us suckers more than likely unknowingly agreed to when placing the order), that was quickly closed unfavorably. That verbiage is found under the “Substitutions” section of the terms.
Don’t be brainless like me. If you read this, do yourself a favor, and go find another genuine florist from which to order. Because, Terry’s Florist, is not it. (https://terrysflorist.com/)
Signed,
A Hoodwinked Fool
I ordered from this florist as they had a picture of a perfect standing arrangement for my MOM’S FUNERAL. The day of the funeral, they did not show up. I called to see if they were running late and Chris told me that they had not received the shipment of flowers I wanted, I became upset and he hung up on me. They never called me or offered another type of flower. I was so upset…it was my mom’s funeral…we had no flowers. I called again on Monday and talked to the manager Michael as he basically stated that they had NO FLOWERS. how are they a flower shop. THEY ARE A SCAM! I became upset again and he hung up on me. This was the most horrible experience I could ever imagine. I asked how he would feel if it was his mother and his response was that his mother was already dead. HORRIBLE, INHUMAN COMPANY.
Much like the same reviews above, I thought I was ordering from a local West Chester, PA florist but now see I was scammed as others were. Spent just under $95 dollars for THE WORST flower arrangement ever that looked NOTHING like the picture on the website. Now that I know you cannot trust online florist sites, I will no longer order flowers this way.
I ordered an arrangement for a
funeral. I went online and found Terry’s Florist. Their website makes them look “local”. I personally called them, asked them about a specific arrangement and if they had the statue. They sounded so nice and said they had the statue. I paid $200. The arrangement was delivered. I was sent a thank you and a picture. I was never so embarrassed in my life. I could have done better at the dollar store. I called Terrys.. They sounded like a bunch of uneducated scammers. After maki g calls, me sending pictures, etc. I was told I got my money’s worth therefore there was nothing they could do for me. They were rude, not willing to make it anywhere near the picture on their website, nor would they offer a refund. I called TeleFlora as they are part if the organization. I was told because I went to them directly over the phone and not thru online they could not help me. I was upset, this was a family funeral. I got online and found another florist “local”. I called and explained my situation. She explained ed to me that Terry’s Florist is a store front/broker business. They are probably in the middle of nowhere with a computer and telephone in a garage. They take your order, take your money and then they find a local shop and order for you. You get less than you ordered with them paying this company they found less money than you paid and they have pocketed the money. When the flowers are delivered, they dont have Terry’s address anywhere. They have the address if the shop who made it. This makes the shop look bad be cause they only made what Terry asked them to and at a much lesser cost. They are a scam…do not use Terry’s Florist! My pictures show what I ordered from their website and what they delivered…no where $200 worth and nowhere near what their picture showed. The first pic is what I got from Terry’s. The other photos are what I had ordered, never got, but did get from the second florist I called in a panic…
My Email to Terrys Floral:
What I was promised, a Premium $95.23 Autumn Amore 8-9 stem multi color all roses bouquet, and what was delivered a $45 small 5 stem all red rose that looks like a valentine bouquet. Not even close for a Sympathy Bouquet for the bereaved. I’m so embarrassed that she received a lovers bouquet instead. And the price difference for the local Floral shop that you used, you told them it was a $45.00 bouquet. You cheated me, I paid $95.00. I talk to the store you used the day before and I didn’t go through them because he said he only had red roses in stock. I was led to believe that your store was local and would be handling this order yourselves. But you sent the order to someone who really was local. And you didn’t even check with him to make sure the order could be filled correctly like did? And you gave the wrong delivery address.
I feel so cheated and I just want to cry that that dear woman got a lovers bouquet instead of the sympathy bouquet that was promised for the passing of her husband of 66 years.
You responded with a lame excuse and your policy. I spent $95.23 and what she received was not a value based substitute Anna. I was cheated and embarrassed. You are not nice people to lie and cheat this way.
No need to reply. But I will warn others by sharing the pictures and your ‘policy’.
Tip for consumers: This business is so bad I do not even want to give a low rating. They are liars and cheaters. Beware if you do business with them, they will take your money and break your heart.

Do not use Terry’s Florist. A total scam. I ordered a floral arrangement for $90.00. It was never delivered. It is impossible to get anyone to return your callS. A tried to speak to a manager and was placed on hold and then disconnected. I was told my account would be credited; it never was. I had to contact my bank and file a claim. I wish I would of looked at reviews and warning before I placed an order.
There are so many great florists in our beautiful city of Westminister, California and I wish I had taken heed from others. Do not use Terry’s Florist. The expensive floral item I selected and the received was not remotely similar. The purple glass container w/ purple and pink floral theme was sentimentally important to a hurting loved one. The company did not want to make amends even though I specified on the order “No substitutions – call customer first”. I found out after-the-fact, its not a hometown florist, it’s owned by a Nevada corporation that could care less…
— feeling frustrated.
SCAM SCAM!
What I ordered from terry’s florist Website and what was delivered…(See photos)
I spoke with the legit florist that took order from terry’s and they were told to send least expensive arrangement with some orange(no photos were sent of my order)..I called Terry’s and asked what city they were in. The broken English man hung up on me.
I’m very worried that this scammer has my credit card #!
Ordered a $54.99 bouquet from Terry’s Florist for my daughter. Total with handling and tax was $73.83. They are deceiving on their website stating they are local for where you are sending flowers, they are actually located in Redbank, NJ. The flowers I ordered were for my daughter for her birthday and she lives in Bismarck, ND. My daughter received flowers from a local florist that was called by Terry’s Florist. The owner of that shop told me they were contacted by Terry’s Florist and told to make an arrangement for $34.99. I have made numerous phone calls and emails to Terry’s Florist including pictures of what I ordered and what was delivered (that was by their request). I finally was told I would get a refund for $24.99, I have yet to receive it. I asked to speak with a manager over and over again and have been told they will not speak to me and that I am basically wasting my time. On one call I would not hang up until a manager would talk to me, after 28 minutes on hold a man got on the phone and said ”let’s make this conversation short, we will not do anything else for you” and then he hung up. Terrible company, totally a scam. I have reported them to the BBB and the FTC.

I was under the impression that Terry’s Florist was in Bismarck, ND where my daughter lives. Their website came up when I was looking for local florists. I pick out a Beautiful bouquet for $54.99 but with a handling fee and tax it was $73.83 total. My daughter received 4 flowers in a vase. Totally not what I ordered or worth the price. I contacted Terry’s Florist and was told to submit a picture of what I ordered and what was delivered. After numerous phone calls and emails they are refunding me $24.99. Not good enough as far as I’m concerned, I want a full refund. I contacted the florist in Bismarck and was told they received the call from Terry’s Florist and were told to make an arrangement for $34.99. They were not even sent a picture. Since then I have filled a complaint with the BBB and FTC. I have continued to email and called Terry’s Florist to no avail. They are extremely rude and managers refuse to talk to customers.

Purchased flowers for delivery through terrysflorists.com. They flowers never arrived. When I called they said the were "having trouble getting a hold of the delivery driver". I told them I wanted a refund and they literally laughed. After doing some research the business I discovered that the business is a scam. Now I have to go through steps with my bank to get my money back.
Cancelled and still charged me and they said they had to have managed call which never did!
You area sad establishment
This is the worst service I have ever used. I made a mistake on my delivery address. After the confirmation, I told them. They said they called the supplier of the flowers. Yet they were delivered incorrectly. I was off one digit. They said it was my fault. I paid nearly 90 dollars and lost the delivery.
This place sounds like they are getting away with internet fraud. We ordered for an out of town Funeral. When we arrived for the funeral we could not find the flowers I had purchased. Well no wonder they were all white gladiolus. I ordered an arrangement with purple which was very special to the deceased. I could have just gone to the Farmers market and paid $10 for a vase of gladiolus. I’m out $150 because I went premium. sucky sucky. Lesson learned I hope.

My mother-in law who lives in Virginia went online to search for a florist who could delivery a funeral arrangement to New Jersey. She came upon Terry’s Florist supposed Red Bank New Jersey location and which the company also appeared to have multiple locations throughout the United States for delivery service. What my mother-in law discovered that what Terry’s delivered was absolutely nothing like what she had selected and paid $82.39 for. She learned much too late that this company has scammed many other consumers using fake website localities.
This is a serious scam! I was looking for a florist in Georgetown Texas and Terry’s Florist came up as a local florist doing business in Georgetown. I selected a flower arrangement that was $59.99 for same day delivery. After waiting all day, I finally called at 4:00 pm on the day they were to be delivered and was told the delivery driver was out for delivery. I called back at 5:00 and was told the delivery driver was lost and I told them our office was closing and we would not be here much longer. I received a call from Terry’s Florist at 5:15 and was told that they had a “supply issue,” which means they lied about the arrangement being out for delivery…twice. I arranged to have the flowers delivered to a different address the following day, which was a Saturday. I discovered on Monday that the flowers were not delivered on Saturday. Called Terry’s Florist again to cancel my order and was told that the delivery guy was out for delivery to the address that was given to them on Friday and they could not cancel. I told them that the recipient was not at that address and there was no need to have them delivered. When I asked to speak to a manager I was put on hold for a very long time and finally just hung up. While on hold I did some researching and found that they are a scam business located in Red Bank NJ and many of the people that ordered from them received NO flowers or different flowers than what they ordered. The flowers were finally delivered around noon on Monday, to the address they were supposed to have been delivered to on Saturday, but they were not the flowers that I had ordered. I asked the recipient to let me know which local florist the flowers actually came from, called that florist and found out that the order had come from Terry’s Flowers at 9:30 a.m. that Monday morning at which point they asked “what is the cheapest floral arrangement you have for delivery” and ordered and had delivered a $45.00 arrangement that was not at all what I wanted or paid for. I’ve disputed the charge on my credit card.
This website is a scam. It pretends to be local, while taking your money and sending you an order worth 1/3 – 1/4 the price. They promised same day delivery if ordered by 2 pm, but called and said there was an issue and it would be delivered the next day. It is clearly not local and was using that excuse to ship a pathetic product from who knows where, or have a local florist make a much smaller bouquet while skimming the difference in money off the top and hoping you don’t notice. The worst part, honestly, was the NOTE. It says “[X] and Nan, sorry you have had an impact on your lives…” Needless to say, this is NOT what we wrote into the note description. It should have said [X], you and [Y] have had such a significant impact on our lives”. Ugh They couldn’t even be bothered to copy and paste, and this was addressed to ONE person. Who is Nan? This was a sympathy bouquet which was supposed to be delivered the day of the death. What an embarrassment. The charge will obviously be disputed. See the pictures for expectation vs. reality. Is that a $130 bouquet? If we weren’t so flustered with the death, maybe we would have realized this was a scam. They are effectively preying on grieving families. Pathetic.
I ordered a planter basket for the funeral of a friends 4 great grand children (killed in a car crash and burned). They were to be delivered to the house during the funeral because I could not attend. I got a voice mail later that evening the they did not make the deliver because of a trucking problem with a supplier.
This is not acceptable. I was not called to see if I wanted to send something else or delivered the next day. I would not use Terry’s again if they were the last florist on earth.

I was looking for a florist in Fort Mills, SC so Terry’s Florist came up online and said it was a local florist and listed flowers and plants you could purchase. I selected a plant and paid a total of $89.88 online but when the recipient received the plant for a funeral it was not the plant I ordered. It had dead leaves and an old white basket and it wasn’t what I selected. It was called Secret Garden Basket and was supposed to be a brown basket with colorful plants. What I found out after my plant was delivered, I contacted Terry Florist and they do not exist in Fort Mills, SC as they reside in Red Bank, NJ. Their website is a fake. I told them I was very disappointed in the plant that was delivered to the resident because that wasn’t what I ordered so they told me to send them a picture but I’ve never heard from them. The website for Terry’s Florist in Fort Mill, SC is a fake and doesn’t exist but they advertise as if their a local florist and owned by two women. When I called them it was different women of chinese or korean descent.

I ordered a $180 bouquet from Terry’s Florist for a funeral. It was selected from a photo on their website. This man saved my life 50 years ago so this was very important and it took me a long time to find some flowers that were "perfect". I also upgraded them to be "premium" because I am out of state and couldn’t attend – and wanted them to be perfect.
After the funeral, the family sent me a photo of the flowers which were not what I ordered – at all. They both had pink and white roses but other than that nothing was the same. As a matter of fact they didn’t even make them – they had another florist make them (I understand this happens sometimes). The other florist- ******** ******* – told me that they told Terry’s that they didn’t have the flowers in stock and Terry’s told them it was fine to have a "Designer’s Choice". Noone called me to ask me if this was ok.
I began to be suspicious when I called them as they didn’t even fulfill the order. The other florist said that they might be a "garage florist". I began checking up on them. I checked Yelp and found many complaints. After calling repeatedly into their call center they did send me a full refund. But had no reason for what happened.
