Placed an order 12/2/20. Total was $33.95. I received a confirmation e-mail 12/4/20 saying my order was on the way along with a tracing number for Fed Ex. Tracking Since 12/4/20 only shows label created. I have e-mailed multiple times times and have received no response back. I want a full refund of $33.95 immediately.

Type of a scam Online Purchase
A tv ad ( by Lori Greiner from “shark tank”) advertised a touchscreen purse. I ordered one online on aug. 9th. I received a confirmation notice but no tracking notice. I contacted them ( by email) & they responded & said it shipped. But the tracking showed only that a label was created in Reno. I contacted the USPS & they told me a pkg was in Kentucky, but was never sent, & for whatever reason only a label was created in Reno, Nevada. The USPS said it was suspicious! I would like to get my money refunded by my bank. Please look at this!!
