I visited Methodist north at the direction of my supervisor regarding an On the Job injury(COVID exposure) A nurse took my blood pressure and then I was told I could not be tested. I left that day having never seen a Dr or having been admitted. I am now receiving collection notices from Dr TM Carr with Methodist health care. I’ve provided his office and collection agency contact information for my employer and the paperwork showing this to be OJI. This is getting ridiculous.
Keep getting charges on my credit from this doctor and I have disputed them multiple times. It’s always taken off my credit but they keep coming back. $1100, $1500. This is fraud! I’m so sick of calling these people & disputing these charges that do not exist!

Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill
It appears that this person is making fraudulent medical claims using my personal information gained through some illegal means. I am active duty military and was no where near Memphis (where this hospital exists). All of my medical is paid for through Tricare and this was not even attempted through Tricare. This is a total fraud. If you look at his WbMD profile, there are many others like me. I received a collections notice stating I owed 655.00. The collection notice appears to be valid, but the services are not. This needs to be investigated.
