I reached out 4 times via email and received a message back that they were filling orders for doctors, hospitals, etc. first and then they were going to send mine out. The order was placed in February 2020. My bank account was charged, and I have not received my masks yet!

I ordered some masks on april 16th, and still 3 months later have not received anything. It was an order of 50 masks for $69.90 which included RUSH SHIPPING. I have emailed this company at least 5 times and everytime I get the same canned email response.

I believe this company is a scam. No phone number is provided for this company.

Ordered disposable face mask on line on April 16th for 64.95 ; finally emailed them on May 13 th and the sent me a response that they guarantee to deliver as quickly as possible but due to the virus they are behind because they sent 60 % of their mask to the hospitals and plus UPS is taking longer with delivery( they apologized for the delay but ended with Stay Home!… I responded that I understood and thank them for getting back to me . Couple weeks later still no masks so emailed them again and let them know that I need my mask or money so I can buy them elsewhere and that they should of let me know if it was going to take month( it said 2-4 weeks) I got the same response that I got the first time😡😡😡- love how they tell you to stay home ( people work) I also messaged them and the said Thanks for contacting them and appreciate me reaching out and will reply ASAP( ending with a ❤️) – email I got is [email protected] and I messaged them on their website

I ordered 800 masks for our church to use for our congregation and to help in the community. It’s been a month, no masks and $800 immediately charged to my credit card. Sent an email and received the same automated reply just as someone indicated above. I’m sorry that everyone has been taken advantage of. I sincerely hope all is resolved but it doesn’t look good. I certainly want to give people the benefit of the doubt in a difficult situation, but I am preparing to submit a grievance/claim with our State Attorney General, our bank and credit card company, and if necessary the FBI or other law enforcement concerning wire fraud.

It also appears that their address changed to New Mexico between the time that I ordered and a couple of weeks ago. Do not order from them. It is a scam!

I did get a reply via email from their [email protected] website shortly after I sent them an inquiry as to what happened to my online order for facemask. The reply is that they still guarantee that they will “deliver the order as quickly as possible”.

I ordered 10 facemasks for my use due to the cornona virus and was charged a little over $34 via Credit Card. It was supposed to be shipped with a day or two. They were also supposed to send me a shipping number which they didn’t send. I do have an order number but there order tracking page doesn’t respond and now the order tracking page was taken off of the net. They still have their pngage however and they are still trying to sell merchandise. They were giving an address in New Mexico but I had my Credit Card charged to a company in Germany. Same thing. Bought 50 masks for $64.50 and added a faster delivery for $4.50, so total of $69 on April 18th, 2020. Delivery was supposed to take 3-5 days because I paid extra for delivery. They advertise free delivery on everything on their site. I new it was a little strange when I couldn’t track my order via shipping companies and I had to download the app called Arrive. I have no tracking info about the order and I’m unable to contact the company. I’m cancelling my payment for sure.

I made the mistake of ordering 50 masks from them for $64.95. I later looked them up and found that they are a scam company. I emailed them and received a failure notice…email does not exist. I then attempted to reply to the confirmation email they sent me (which they advised to do if I had questions) and that was a failure as well. Going to try and cancel the credit card purchase.

They take advantage of people during this pandemic and scam for $$ from trusting people.

If you try google maps, or zillow the address does not appear or exist. they offer fast shipping, but once they have your payment, you will never get your item you ordered. The [email protected] does not work. The facebook page messenger no response. They remove your negative post on the face book page.
