I also ordered a 3-1 stroller and when I got an emailed that my order was received, the link to tracking the shipping was to an app called shopped which had no information on the shipping. I emailed customer service and they told me my order will be shipped Monday and will receive a tracking number. I never heard back from them. I tried going back to the website but it doesn’t exist anymore. I have lost $300 dollars. Trenchio is a scam.
