Pretty sure they are a scam company. I had the exact same problem. Ordered a harness and seat belt hook in early August. A couple a
of weeks went by and I sent an email, they replied that it had been shipped, however no tracking number. Waited week and sent another email, they replied that it was being reprocessed and would send a tracking number. No tracking number but plenty of emails wanting me to buy something else. Now almost 3 months later I told them I was going to report them as a scam company and I got an immediate email saying I was getting a refund. I will check my account tomorrow but not holding my breath. How do we report them as fraudulent to someone who can investigate them?
TrueHarness did me the same way it’s now been over 13 days only thing i got was a DHL eCommerce Trackiing number i also order it off facebook and got rip off fixing to report to it to my debit card company little do they know my debit card is Government issue.

I had purchased a dog harness and leash on August 12, 2020 through this "company". I had seen them on my FaceBook Feed. It seemed they were legit and appeared to have good reviews. They sent the confirmation email that my order had been received. And that another email will be sent out when my order has been shipped. I had not received anything for 7 days of an email, if my item had been shipped or not. I finally emailed them and they informed me that it was still going through inspection and will be shipped out very soon. Well I had waited a few more days and still no email from them on, if my order had been shipped. So I emailed them again, and they said "oh so sorry for the inconvenience, here is the tracking number". The tracking number was through DHL e-commerce and apparently went to Ridgewood, NY from California (I’m assuming). I figured, okay it’s finally shipped on August 21, 2020. I waited another couple of days and decided to check the tracking number. As I was tracking it, I realized it was enroute to DHL e-commerce on August 21st. And apparently it skipped from their tracking number to USPS tracking number. Which USPS has been waiting for a shipping label. I became suspicious after the first couple of emails they sent me in response to my emails. The only way you can contact this company is through emails. They also said I had been helped by a couple of "customer care" people. When I only conversed with one person this entire time. There is no phone number nor do they give an actual address except Los Angeles, with a map. It was through ScamPulse.com that I found the address. I also checked more into their reviews and a lot of people were upset that it took over a month, sometimes 2 months to get their dog harness and supplies, or they never received them at all. If you are a dog trainer, you cannot wait that long. I still do not have my order and they keep saying "sorry for the inconvenience, but here is a tracking number. Which I contacted the USPS and they investigated and I received a call last night that have tracked down the tracking number but the sender had not issued a shipping label and that is what they are waiting for. Now it has become an issue. I was told it had been shipped and now I have learned it has not. They have no problem sending me emails about trying to sale me more items, but they have a problem sending me my order. Are they a legit company? I do not feel they are. I know I will not see my order nor will I probably be able to get my money back.
