I bought and ordered some items from a show Patti Pritchett was at on February 07, 2016. At this time, the item I ordered, Parlor Shade, was not in stock. She stated she would put the order in the following day and the item would be shipped from the online company Scentsy by the end of that work week. Needless to say, we have never received it. She will not answer a call and finally answered a text a few times. When she responds, she always has an excuse and says it will be shipped this week or the next. She also says that she is shipping a free gift for our hassle. Again, we never received any items and it has been well over a month since we paid for these items.
