I ordered 2 balls that hold some treats for dogs.
I ordered last September 22, 2017. And although I have many many emails to them( only twice did they answer saying their shipping was handling it), no result. No product. I tried to call them and the number has been disconnected.
They continue to send me ads for more products.

I purchased a dog bed with the company on December 8th 2017. After several weeks of not receiving it, I reached out via email to their support email to see where it was. After 2 times of emailing I received a response that it was on its way. After another few weeks I reached out again only to hear nothing. I emailed 5 times with no response. I tried to call the number on their website only to receive a message that the number doesn’t exist. The page to review my order no longer exists either. This company is still allowing people to check out and purchase items on their website. This company is a fraud continuing to steal money from people and needs to be taken down asap.

I saw PawPrime’s ad on Facebook for an item that I’d been wanting. I placed the order 12/11/17 and received an order confirmation text first then the same message in email on 12/16. After about 4-5 days, when I hadn’t gotten a shipping notice I went onto the website and looked up my order status. The status was still Ordered not Shipped. I gave it about 8 days from my order date and filled out a "Contact Us" message from their website. When I didn’t get a response on 12/25 I responded to their order confirmation email and stated it was my 2nd and final attempt to contact them and I needed a response by 12/29 or I was asking for a chargeback from my credit card company. Today, 12/28, I posted to their Facebook page asking for a response as well as called their phone number, which has been disconnected. I am proceeding with a claim from my credit card company and I’m hopeful I will get my money back. Please don’t order from this company. They are obviously a scam.
