i had very bad experience with paysimple and i would like to say this is the worst company that i had work with. first they charge my account with $70.00 and told me that my account is active and i can use it and when i use my account and did some transaction after that they put hold on my money and never transfer in my checking account and ask for some supporting documents (they can ask).and after that i provide all supporting documents regarding those transactions and they told me they are going to review and after doing several calls they said they are sorry and they are closing my account and returning customers money.
This is something ridiculous and they close my account and never return my account fee and waste my whole time and i lost my customers also due to paysimple.
i would suggest everyone who are willing to apply for a merchant account never go to paysimple they are fraud they make fool of people like us and never respond.
