This is the biggest scam at Christmas hiding behind Disney’s name! We ordered for our granddaughter November and today is New Years Day and still no rug- we Repeatedly get emails saying it’s on way – no number under support – defers you to front page of website- we are going to the bank to report fraud— DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE – the address is an ice cream store.

After placing an order for a rug, I received it a month later it was a thin faded piece of fabric, very cheap. I contacted the company, they responded through a different email address and said they want me to mail the item back to china for a 30% refund, this company is listed as a family business in NY and advertises on their website a 100% refund if not satisfied. They go by multiple names and have several different emails.
